Rule 76
Right to accept or reject amendments
(1) The Speaker shall have the power to accept or reject the amendments to be submitted to the proposal.
(2) For the purpose of accepting or rejecting the amendment, the Speaker may ask the concerned member to clarify the purpose of the amendment.
